Product Description

3M™ UV Activated Film (UVAF) EAS-2807 is a UV activated and curable film adhesive, the film thicknesses that are
offered are 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 micrometers. 3M UVAF EAS-2807 is delivered between two polyester silicone
release liners. Before UV activation, 3M UVAF EAS-2807 is stable and tacky at room temperature and can be easily
converted into precision die cuts parts like a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape. Once activated with UV,
the bond strength develops at room temperature, achieving green strength within an hour and semi-structural bond
strength within 48 hrs. It is suitable to bond most Medium and High Surface Energy materials.
